Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods.
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are a highly motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You excel at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strong suits. Overcoming objections feels natural to you. You are an effective communicator and dedicated to providing exceptional service.

- Licensed real estate professional (or obtaining one at your own expense)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
