We are looking for an energetic professional to expertly handle the Operator's schedule, communications, and daily tasks. The perfect candidate will be proactive, capable of foreseeing needs and priorities, and confident in recognizing when intervention is necessary. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to delivering outstanding customer service, and takes pleasure in designing efficient systems and crafting unforgettable client experiences.

• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in our Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

$75,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
