Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct property showings for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
- Assist clients in exploring various neighborhoods, providing expert advice on local amenities, schools, and market conditions.
- Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to efficiently schedule and manage property showings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, staying up-to-date with market trends and changes in inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted showings.
- Communicate and coordinate with listing agents, brokers, and homeowners to arrange showings and gather necessary information.
- Gather feedback from clients after showings, providing valuable insights to assist in the decision-making process.

- Valid New York real estate license
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is desirable, but not required!
(Compensation range and earnings are an estimate and based on commission)
Compensation
$75,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
