Responsibilities

  1. Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  2. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technologies
  3. Conduct property showings for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  4. Assist clients in exploring various neighborhoods, providing expert advice on local amenities, schools, and market conditions.
  5. Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to efficiently schedule and manage property showings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
  6. Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, staying up-to-date with market trends and changes in inventory.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted showings.
  8. Communicate and coordinate with listing agents, brokers, and homeowners to arrange showings and gather necessary information.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
