Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct property showings for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Assist clients in exploring various neighborhoods, providing expert advice on local amenities, schools, and market conditions.
  • Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to efficiently schedule and manage property showings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, staying up-to-date with market trends and changes in inventory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted showings.
  • Communicate and coordinate with listing agents, brokers, and homeowners to arrange showings and gather necessary information.
  • Gather feedback from clients after showings, providing valuable insights to assist in the decision-making process.

Compensation

$80,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
