We are currently seeking a Showing Agent to help deliver exceptional service to buyers across Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and surrounding areas.

As a Showing Agent, you will work closely with our lead agents and buyer clients to schedule and conduct property showings, assist with follow-up communications, and contribute to a smooth, positive client experience.

- Holds or is actively pursuing a California real estate license
- Knowledgeable about or residing in Sonoma County communities

Please note: This position is commission-only.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
