We are looking for a Showing Agent to provide exceptional service to buyers throughout Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Healdsburg, and nearby communities.

As a Showing Agent, you will collaborate closely with our lead agents and buyer clients to coordinate and conduct property showings, assist with follow-up communications, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for our clients.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Active California real estate license
- Familiar with or living in Sonoma County communities
- Highly organized, personable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Eager to join a team that values support, success, and a positive workplace culture

Please note: This is a commission-only position.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
