EO&A is looking for a licensed California real estate agent to support our team and gain hands-on experience working with buyers throughout Sonoma County.
As a Showing Assistant, you'll help coordinate and conduct property showings, communicate with buyers, learn local inventory, and provide a professional client experience while working alongside experienced agents.
This is a good fit for someone who has their real estate license but is still developing their skills and wants more opportunities to work directly with clients and learn the day-to-day realities of residential real estate.
Responsibilities
As a Showing Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate and conduct property showings for buyers working with EO&A agents
- Communicate with buyers before, during, and after property tours
- Help organize showing schedules and property itineraries
- Learn about each buyer's priorities and communicate relevant feedback to the lead agent
- Become familiar with available inventory, neighborhoods, and market activity throughout Sonoma County
- Provide prompt, professional follow-up after showings
- Maintain accurate client notes and updates in the team's CRM
- Communicate regularly with lead agents about buyer activity and feedback
- Attend inspections and other buyer appointments when appropriate
- Learn how experienced agents guide buyers through the home search and purchase process
- Participate in training, coaching, role-play, and accountability
- Develop the communication, organization, and client-service skills needed for a future production role
Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Enjoys working directly with buyers
- Is comfortable driving throughout Sonoma County for property showings and client appointments
- Is organized, dependable, responsive, and punctual
- Communicates professionally with clients and team members
- Is willing to develop strong knowledge of Sonoma County inventory and communities
- Is receptive to coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Is comfortable learning and consistently using CRM and real estate technology
- Understands that buyer schedules may require flexibility, including some evenings and weekends
- Has reliable transportation
- Wants to gain practical experience and continue developing as a real estate professional
- Works well as part of a team
Previous real estate production experience isn't required. This position is designed for a licensed agent who wants more hands-on experience working with buyers and learning the business alongside experienced real estate professionals.

The goal is to help you become more confident and capable in the field while providing excellent support to EO&A's agents and their buyer clients.
Compensation & Professional Expenses
This is a commission-based real estate position. There is no hourly wage or base salary.
Agents are responsible for maintaining their California real estate license and for any applicable professional expenses, including but not limited to membership in the appropriate local REALTOR® association/board and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Specific commission terms and eligibility will be discussed as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
