The Showing Assistant plays a key role in showcasing homes to potential buyers with professionalism and clarity. This position entails leading clients on property viewings, making sure they feel at ease, fully informed, and assured throughout their home-buying journey. Candidates must hold a valid Michigan real estate license. This role offers commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
  • Conduct property showings with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide knowledgeable and engaging client interactions during tours.
  • Communicate client feedback and preferences to agents.
  • Coordinate and schedule showings efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients after showings to address questions and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
  • Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate property details and benefits.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent client service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Active Michigan real estate license (required).
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
