What You'll Do

• Work your pipeline. Consult with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their goals and position yourself as their trusted advisor from the first call to the closing table.
• Win in any market. Leverage your market knowledge to craft sharp, strategic plans that give clients a competitive edge — and keep them coming back.
• Negotiate with confidence. Broker win-win deals that protect your clients' interests and build your reputation.
• Be the face of the team. Lead property showings, open houses, and client meetings that leave a lasting impression.

What You Bring

• 1–2+ years of residential or commercial real estate sales experience
• A competitive drive and hunter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you create them
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect and build trust
• Disciplined self-management and a growth mindset — you treat your business like a business
• Flexibility to work when clients need you, including evenings and weekends
