• Source and engage top real estate professionals by leveraging diverse recruitment methods, such as social media, networking events, and industry contacts.
• Interview and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, experience, and alignment with KW Everett's culture.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain KW Everett's competitive edge in attracting top-tier real estate talent.
• Conduct weekly sales meetings to support agent growth and stay informed about market trends and statistics.
• Coach and train top agents to enhance their skills and performance.

• Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in Real Estate: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, recruiting, or a related field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with potential recruits and team members.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in recruiting or sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
