- Help clients BUY, SELL, and RENT homes with confidence (& a killer support system behind you)
- Tap into MARKET INSIGHTS to price and position properties competitively in the Flower Mound area
- Build STRONG, LASTING RELATIONSHIPS that turn into repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate SHOWINGS, OPEN HOUSES, and NEGOTIATIONS — with expert coaching on how to WIN
- Prep and review CONTRACTS with ease, backed by systems that make the process SMOOTH
- Work hand-in-hand with trusted LENDERS, INSPECTORS, and INDUSTRY PROS to close deals fast
- Stay SHARP and ahead of the curve with ongoing training and licensing support

Qualifications
- Valid and active real estate license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional ethics
- Familiarity with contracts, disclosures, and real estate laws and regulations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compensation
$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
