Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, trends, and competitive listings in the Flower Mound area
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with local laws and company policies
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, licensing requirements, and continuing education to maintain professional credentials

Qualifications

  • Valid and active real estate license in the state of Texas
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional ethics
  • Familiarity with contracts, disclosures, and real estate laws and regulations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
