  Build a strong foundation using proven models that drive consistent results
• Execute weekly lead generation activities with consistency
  Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities to support business growth
• Consult with buyers, secure agreements, and guide them through the purchase process
  Deliver a high-level client experience while converting opportunities into transactions
• Consult with sellers, win listings, and position properties effectively in the market
  Use pricing, staging, and marketing strategies to maximize results
• Negotiate contracts on behalf of buyers and sellers
  Ensure favorable outcomes while maintaining a smooth transaction process
• Convert prospecting efforts into appointments and signed business
  Strengthen conversion skills to build a predictable and scalable pipeline
• Host open houses and generate additional business opportunities
  Expand your network and attract new clients through consistent exposure
• Track all activities, contacts, and progress within PLACE Technology
  Stay organized, accountable, and data-driven in your approach
• Participate in weekly script practice, team activities, and coaching sessions
  Continuously sharpen skills and improve performance

• Possession of a current and active Florida Real Estate License is mandatory for this position
• Demonstrated self-motivation and a relentless drive to achieve exceptional success in a competitive real estate market
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships by thoroughly understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client
• Confident and proactive in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and consistently following up to convert prospects into satisfied customers
