• Generate and nurture business through lead generation, prospecting, referrals, open houses, and follow-up
• Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process with strong communication, market knowledge, and professional client service
• Negotiate contracts and advocate for clients throughout the transaction from consultation to close
• Participate in team trainings, coaching, meetings, and systems to support continued growth and accountability

• Active real estate license required or currently in the process of obtaining one
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients naturally
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable with consistent follow-through and time management skills
• Coachable, growth-minded, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

$65,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
