As a few of our agents prepare for extended leave over the coming months, there will be opportunities to assist with buyer clients, showings, and open houses. • Partner directly with a senior agent to assist with active buyers, showings, and client needs while receiving hands-on mentorship.
• Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction with exceptional service and communication.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct buyer consultations, showings, open houses, listing appointments, and contract negotiations.
• Prospect consistently through calls, open houses, events, and lead follow-up to grow your own business.
• Follow proven team systems, workflows, and accountability standards.
• Attend weekly coaching, team meetings, and business planning sessions.
• Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Learn from real, active transactions by collaborating with experienced agents on negotiations, strategy, and client communication.

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required.
• Ideally 2+ closed transactions, though we'll consider newer agents who are motivated, coachable, and committed to building a long-term career.
• Lives in or around Marietta, East Cobb, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell, or Atlanta.
• Enjoys building genuine relationships and providing outstanding client service.
• Thrives with structure, accountability, and proven systems.
• Growth-minded and eager to learn from experienced agents.
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to consistently generate business.
• Available to work evenings and weekends as client needs require.
• High integrity, positive attitude, and a team-first mentality.
