Responsibilities

  • Lead generate for min. 10 hours a week
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to 2 appointments a week
  • Participate in daily script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

What We're Looking For - Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License (required).
  • Proven track record with 10+ transactions or $2M+ in production annually.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-centric approach and a passion for service.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
  • 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues

Compensation

$55,000 - $105,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
