Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
- Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market properties
- Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate agent
- You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
- Skilled in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions.
- Expertise in prospecting and generating leads.
- Naturally adept at handling objections.
- Exceptional communication skills and a dedication to service.

Compensation
$60,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
