Moscoso Real Estate Group is seeking experienced, licensed Real Estate Agents who are ready to scale their business within a structured, high-accountability team environment.

This opportunity is designed for producing agents with 2+ years of experience who want stronger systems, operational support, and consistent structure to increase production without sacrificing independence.

If you’re closing transactions but feel limited by time, admin, or inconsistent systems, this role is built to help you operate at a higher level.

This is a 100% commission-based role.

• Commit weekly time to lead generation and follow-up
• Help clients identify homes that match their needs, goals, and budgets
• Write, submit, and negotiate offersProvide clear feedback to guide buyer decision-making
• Host open houses and represent listings professionally
• Attend team meetings, script practice, and ongoing training
• Track activity and pipeline using our CRM

Who We’re Looking For

• Have 2-3+ years of experience as a producing real estate agent
• Active Florida real estate license (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Have successfully closed transactions and understand the full sales cycle
• Want to increase volume through structure and accountability
• Are comfortable generating business and following proven systems
• Value operational support and team collaboration
• Are willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

$100,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
