• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• List and advertise properties for sale.
• Conduct property showings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Stay up-to-date with market conditions, changes in legislation, and financing options.

• Demonstrated track record of success as a real estate agent, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Highly driven and self-motivated, with a strong focus on achieving and surpassing set goals and objectives.
• Possession of a current and valid real estate license, in compliance with state regulations and requirements.

$70,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
