We are in search of a licensed real estate agent who:

  • Aims to earn an annual income of $100,000 or higher
  • Is dedicated to ongoing professional growth
  • Is prepared to work full-time, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team-building activities (we are fun!)
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service with integrity.

  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 6 months+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Available for a full-time position, to include evenings and weekends
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Proven track record of conversion
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Willing to commit to two in-office team meetings per week

Compensation

$60,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
