• Conduct property showings and provide guidance to prospective buyers, ensuring a thorough understanding of the property features and benefits.
• Negotiate transactions on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible terms and conditions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends, inventory, and legal regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other agents, and industry professionals to build a network and generate leads.
• Prepare and review contractual documents, such as offers and leases, ensuring compliance with state laws and client interests.
• Utilize marketing tools and technology to promote properties effectively across various platforms, including social media and real estate websites.
• Participate in continuing education and training to enhance professional skills and maintain licensure as required by state regulations.

• Active real estate license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent or broker
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Cherry Hill and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and MLS platforms
• Strong ethical standards and professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings
• Bilingual skills are a plus

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
