Your Opportunity
We are hiring licensed real estate agents to join our East Valley team, based in Chandler. This is a production focused role inside a structured, high accountability environment designed to help agents build consistent business, not just chase transactions.
Your primary responsibility is to generate and convert business daily through prospecting, open houses, and database follow up. You will operate inside proven systems with clear expectations around activity, conversion, and performance.
On a typical day, you will be making calls, following up with leads, hosting open houses, and working active clients. You will also be part of a fun, collaborative, and driven team that shows up, supports each other, and takes pride in winning together. We take the work seriously, but we genuinely enjoy the environment we’ve built.
We provide multiple lead generation opportunities so you are not starting from zero. This includes open houses, database strategies, inbound lead flow, and team generated opportunities designed to keep your pipeline active. You will have access to proven scripts, consistent coaching, hands on training, and ongoing mentorship so you are never guessing what to do next or how to improve.
Our structure is simple … your focus is to sell and serve your clients at a high level. We take care of everything else. You will have full support including marketing, transaction coordination, systems, and best in class technology that removes distractions and allows you to stay in production.

Responsibilities
• Generate new business daily through outbound calls, open houses, and database engagement … this is the primary driver of consistent income and pipeline growth
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed clients using proven scripts and follow up systems … strong conversion is what turns activity into closings
• Host open houses consistently to create opportunities, meet new clients, and build local market presence … this is a key lead generation lever
• Manage all contacts, tasks, and communication inside the CRM … organization and follow up are critical to long term success
• Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process from consultation to closing … client experience drives referrals and repeat business
• Attend team trainings, call nights, and accountability meetings … skill development and consistency are expected, not optional
• Track daily and weekly performance metrics including contacts, appointments, and contracts … visibility into numbers creates accountability and growth
Qualifications
• Active Arizona real estate license required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable with lead generation including phone calls and in person conversations
• Coachable and willing to implement feedback and systems
• High level of personal accountability and time management
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and technology or willingness to learn quickly
• Desire to grow within a structured, performance driven environment
Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
