Responsibilities
Here's the rundown of your mission:
- Engage with leads provided by the team
- Convert leads and sphere opportunities into signed clients
- Host client consultations, showings, and open houses
- Actively follow up with contacts via calls, texts, and email systems
- Use CRM and team tools to manage pipeline and tasks (Brivity)
- Attend team huddles and weekly accountability meetings
- Follow proven scripts, dialogues, and playbooks to move deals forward
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and service
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit weekly goals
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
- Full-time commitment to real estate (this is not a side hustle)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- A positive attitude and high level of personal accountability
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
