• Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate closely with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients’ home search preferences
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
• Engage in weekly script practice sessions in accordance with team guidelines
• Actively participate in team meetings and events as required
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Simultaneously develop and expand your own real estate business
