• Complete the Minteer Real Estate Teams PLACE Agent Launch program to build foundational skills to increase productivity. This is a proven system to increase your business.
• Consistently implement Minteer Real Estate Teams lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month to attract potential buyers
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals to enhance communication and sales techniques
• Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative activities as required
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers effectively, secure listings, and develop strategic marketing plans
• Apply expert knowledge in pricing, staging, and listing services to maximize property appeal
• Skillfully negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for your sellers
