Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch to establish a strong, scalable foundation
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly to consistently build and maintain a high-quality pipeline
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed agreements, and guide them in identifying the right properties
  • Consult with sellers, convert listings, and deliver strategic, high-level marketing for their homes
  • Negotiate offers with confidence and expertise on behalf of both buyers and sellers
  • Track all tasks and client activities in PLACE Technology to ensure precision and accountability
  • Host a minimum of two open houses per month to expand reach and generate opportunities
  • Convert prospecting efforts into qualified appointments and long-term clients
  • Participate in weekly script practice to refine communication and elevate client interactions
  • Engage in team activities and collaboration to contribute to overall success
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and Partner Calls for continuous growth
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and listing services to position properties at the highest level

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a strong competitive edge and a drive to succeed. You excel at building rapport, listening to client needs, and identifying the right solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are natural strengths, and you handle objections with confidence and ease.

You are a clear, confident communicator who is deeply committed to delivering a high level of service and creating exceptional client experiences.

  • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to shared success
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven ability to perform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based and growth-minded, always looking to improve
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Open to learning and mastering scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management and productivity skills

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
