• Explore Loan Options with warm leads that have requested information about various loan programs
• Strong CRM use with updating notes and milestones
• Ability to overcome objections and help guide potential home buyers through the initial loan application and home buying process
• Evaluate clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
• Guide clients through the loan application process from start to finish
• Analyze credit reports, income documentation, and other financial information
• Collaborate with real estate agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth loan processing
• Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and industry best practices to provide expert advice

• Valid and active Loan Originator license in the state of Arizona
• Strong phone skills
• Minimum of 4 hours per day on the phone
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential mortgage lending or loan origination
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding loan production goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and real estate professionals
• Ability to analyze financial information and credit reports accurately
• Proficient with loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with the Phoenix real estate market is a plus
