Responsibilities

What You’ll Do — and Why You’ll Earn More Doing It Here

At PLACE, productivity is engineered. You’ll spend less time guessing and more time producing, supported by systems and people that elevate your performance.

  • Launch with Momentum: Complete the PLACE Agent Launch Program — a structured, results-driven onboarding designed to move you into production quickly and confidently.
  • Operate Proven Systems: Execute PLACE’s weekly lead generation systems to create a consistent, predictable flow of high-quality opportunities.
  • Leverage Market Visibility: Host a minimum of two open houses per month, backed by professional marketing and brand recognition that attracts serious buyers and sellers.
  • Convert at a Higher Level: Turn conversations into appointments using scripts and frameworks refined by top-producing agents.
  • Sharpen Daily: Participate in weekly script practice alongside elite negotiators to continuously raise your conversion and confidence.
  • Stay Connected: Engage in team meetings and collaborative environments that keep you aligned, accountable, and growth-focused.
  • Be Coached Intentionally: Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and Partner Calls designed to increase your production, profitability, and long-term business health.
  • List and Lead Sellers: Secure listings and execute pricing, staging, and marketing strategies using PLACE’s world-class tools.
  • Negotiate with Strength: Tap into collective experience and master-level negotiation support to protect your clients’ outcomes — and your commissions.
  • Track and Scale: Use PLACE Technology to manage your pipeline, measure performance, and stay focused on the activities that drive revenue.

Qualifications

  • Excel at building relationships and identifying client needs
  • Are confident prospecting and generating new business
  • Handle objections with professionalism and poise
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
  • Thrive in a collaborative, high-accountability environment
  • Hold an active real estate license
  • Have 3+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Are highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Are coachable and open to learning scripts and dialogue
  • Are growth-minded and motivated to build something bigger

Compensation

$76,500 - $112,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
