Job Summary

GARNER+CO is seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Listing Agent to join our team at our Baltimore office located at 3355 Keswick Rd, Suite 300. As a Licensed Listing Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients sell their properties by providing expert advice, market analysis, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the entire listing process, from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
