In this role, you will analyze local market conditions, learn each client’s unique goals, and support buyers throughout the entire purchasing process—from the initial search to the closing table. You will identify promising properties, provide informed guidance, and use effective negotiation strategies to help clients achieve favorable outcomes.

Implement weekly lead generation system requirements
Host open houses
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
Participate in team events as per established standards
Dedicate to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
Provide consultations to buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes
Compose and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Monitor activities and manage client information using your CRM
