• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines
• Take part in team events and activities as outlined by team standards
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home identification
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients
• Utilize PLACE Technology to monitor client interactions and track activities

• Must hold a valid real estate license as a Buyers Agent
• Proven experience in representing buyers in residential property transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Lake Oswego real estate market and surrounding areas
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in using real estate software and online listing platforms
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs and property showings
• Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices

$50,000 - $99,000 USD Yearly
