Track your numbers and operate with accountability

✅ Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Currently closing deals or capable of ramping quickly
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Willing to follow proven systems (not reinvent the wheel)
• Accountable, competitive, and driven

$160,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
