Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Consistently implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
  • Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties
  • Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
  • Host a minimum of two open houses each month
  • Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
  • Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, ongoing training, and Partner Calls
  • Guide sellers through the listing process, secure listings, and promote properties effectively
  • Exhibit proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other services related to listings

Qualifications

  • Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
  • Skilled at establishing rapport, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally adept at handling objections
  • Effective communicator dedicated to delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborative team member
  • Licensed real estate agent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales
  • Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
  • Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
  • Highly organized
  • Open to mastering scripts and dialogue techniques
  • Strong time management capabilities

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
