In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our agents and clients by managing administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be vital in helping our team deliver exceptional service. • Execute Community Partner Group's lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly during first 90 days in your Agent Launch Program
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 (optionally remote) coaching session, weekly remote trainings, and remote Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients

You're a naturally driven sales professional fueled by a competitive spirit. Your knack for building rapport, listening attentively, and finding tailored solutions sets you apart. Prospecting and lead generation are your playgrounds, and overcoming objections is second nature to you. Your commitment to service shines through in your strong communication skills.

As a team player, we're looking for a licensed real estate professional with both written and verbal communication prowess. Your learning-based, growth-minded attitude, coupled with organizational skills and a willingness to master scripts and dialogues, makes you stand out. Excellent time management is your forte.
