Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific real estate needs and assisting them throughout the buying, selling, or leasing journey.
  • Perform detailed property assessments and market research to offer precise pricing and market insights to clients.
  • Organize and manage property showings and open houses, providing outstanding customer service and professional guidance to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Expertly negotiate offers and counteroffers, representing clients' best interests to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Network and collaborate with fellow agents, brokers, and industry professionals to broaden your connections and deepen your real estate expertise.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated sales professional with a competitive edge
  • Exceptional at building relationships, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
  • Expertise in prospecting and generating leads
  • Naturally adept at overcoming objections
  • Strong communicator with a dedication to service
  • Collaborative team player
  • Licensed real estate professional (Required to join the team!)
  • 1-3+ years of real estate sales experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and growth-oriented
  • Highly organized and well-prepared
  • Willing to master scripts, strategies, and dialogues
  • Outstanding time management skills and habits
