1. Graduate from PLACE Launch
2. Conduct two open houses monthly
3. Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
4. Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers or tenants.
5. Conduct thorough property evaluations and market research to provide accurate pricing and market analysis for clients.
6. Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers, advocating for clients' best interests and ensuring successful transactions.
7. Collaborate and network with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your reach and enhance your real estate knowledge.

• Team player
• Valid Washington real estate license (Required to join the team!)
• 1-3+ years’ of real estate sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Learning based, growth-minded
• Organized and Prepared
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management skills
