Brick & Banister Real Estate Team is growing, and we’re looking for a leadership-driven Realtor to join us and take our client experience to the next level. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, seasoned agent who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is ready to embrace expanded leadership roles within a high-achieving team.

What you’ll do:

• Work with buyers and sellers (targeting 12–24 homes annually)
• Help recruit and onboard new agents
• Support team productivity and accountability
• Lead and participate in team trainings and power ups
• Contribute to creating and improving systems — because “easy button” is basically your love language

• A people person with leadership instincts (think: friendly, approachable, but also gets things done)
• Someone who naturally takes initiative and brings energy to the room
• A team player who believes collaboration makes everyone better
• A licensed Realtor with 2+ years of experience and a track record of consistent production

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
