Important: This role is fully commission-based and open to experienced agents only!

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct four open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

• MUST have an active Washington State Real estate license
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Exceptional organizational abilities coupled with strong time management skills.
• Ability to operate independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
• Proficient in fundamental computer applications and open to embracing emerging technologies.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong passion for the real estate industry, accompanied by a dedication to continuous professional development.
