Responsibilities
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Loan estimate & Loan Disclosures
- Responsible for Appraisal Order and/ or HOA Cert Order
- Responsible for Loan Submission to Underwriting
- Responsible for Clearing Loan Conditions (CTC)
- Responsible for getting Loan File to Closing
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* 1-2 Year's Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
* Production of minimum $2M in sales volume per year
* Ability to structure a loan and follow Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines
Compensation
$20.00 - $30.00 USD Hourly
