Responsibilities
- Successfully complete and continue to leverage advanced training through PLACE Agent Launch and ongoing team development programs
- Consistently execute proven PLACE lead generation systems to maintain a strong and predictable listing pipeline
- Host regular open houses and strategic listing events to generate new seller and buyer opportunities
- Convert prospecting efforts and inbound leads into high-quality listing appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice and skills training to sharpen conversion and negotiation techniques
- Engage in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative activities that drive performance and accountability
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls to ensure continuous growth
- Conduct high-level listing consultations, secure signed agreements, and expertly guide sellers through the entire process
- Demonstrate deep expertise in pricing strategy, market analysis, staging, and pre-listing preparation to maximize seller returns
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to ensure listings receive maximum exposure and results
- Skillfully negotiate offers and contract terms to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate tracking of all business activities, clients, and transactions within PLACE Technology systems
Qualifications

You are:

- A licensed real estate professional with 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally focused on listings
- A strong communicator with polished written and verbal skills
- Growth-minded, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple listings and priorities at once
- Open to mastering proven scripts, systems, and high-conversion dialogues
- Disciplined with excellent time management and a strong sense of urgency
- Deeply committed to delivering exceptional client service and results
Compensation
$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
