Your Opportunity
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you’ll focus on building genuine connections and moving quickly to turn leads into scheduled appointments. This role is all about staying proactive and following up in a friendly, personalized way to keep the momentum going.
You’ll take charge of managing leads, constantly looking for ways to improve how we convert them into opportunities. Keeping track of your progress and sharing updates during reviews helps us all stay on the same page.
Since you’ll be handling sensitive information like client and financial details, trustworthiness and discretion are a must.
This position plays a big part in helping our team grow, and there’s plenty of room to learn, grow, and step into leadership roles down the line.
Responsibilities
- 📞 Handle incoming sales calls with a friendly approach to turn leads into booked appointments
- 🎤 Follow scripts to clearly share what our team offers and smoothly handle any questions or concerns
- 🔍 Evaluate leads to give our agents useful info about their motivation, competition, and financial background
- 💾 Keep the CRM/database up to date to make sure everything runs smoothly and leads are well managed
- 🔄 Regularly check in with potential clients to keep them interested and engaged
- 📊 Track and share sales and productivity numbers during our weekly team catch-ups
- 📈 Keep up with the latest local real estate trends to stay ahead of the game
- ⚖️ Make sure to follow all local, state, and federal rules related to real estate brokerage services
Qualifications
- ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 📞 Comfortable and confident on the phone, able to set and close appointments, and happy to spend most of the day making calls
- 🗣️ Quick learner who can easily pick up and use scripts and dialogues
- 📈 A solid history of hitting or beating sales goals
- ⏰ Great at managing time and staying organized
- 💻 Comfortable with database management and general computer use
- 🚀 Self-driven with a proven record of success
- 🏅 Must have a valid Real Estate license
- 👍 Previous experience as a real estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a bonus
- ✅ You’ll need a valid state license to join the team (but not to apply!)
Compensation
$35,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
