At Elite Realty Group, powered by PLACE, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent Partner who is enthusiastic about fueling team growth through proactive outreach. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls, converting conversations into appointments, and creating a strong, positive first impression for both clients and agents.
This in-office role focuses on lead generation, quick follow-up, appointment scheduling, database management, and fostering collaboration among agents.
You won’t be tasked with showing properties, attending inspections, preparing offers, or handling the full in-person client experience. Instead, your goal is to generate leads, build relationships, coordinate appointments, and connect clients with the perfect agent partner—always with professionalism, care, and confidence.
This position is ideal for agents who excel in meaningful conversations, appreciate structure and consistency, and succeed through focused daily activity.
While your commission per transaction may be lower than that of a traditional field agent, you’ll benefit from higher volume, steadier opportunities, and a better work-life balance. Expect fewer late nights, minimal weekend commitments, and less time spent rushing between showings—allowing you to focus on what matters most: turning conversations into clients.

Responsibilities
Make outgoing calls daily to leads, past clients, database contacts, open house guests, internet inquiries, and other team-generated opportunities
Respond quickly to new leads and incoming inquiries through phone, text, email, and CRM systems
Execute speed-to-lead standards to create a strong first impression and improve conversion
Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, goals, needs, and readiness
Set quality appointments for team agents with clear notes, expectations, and next steps
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until they are ready to meet with an agent
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, appointments, notes, and follow-up tasks in PLACE technology
Partner closely with buyer agents, listing agents, leadership, and operations to create a smooth handoff for clients
Use scripts, dialogues, and proven conversion systems to improve appointment-setting results
Participate in weekly coaching, script practice, team meetings, and skill-building sessions
Track daily and weekly activities, including calls, contacts, appointments set, appointments held, and conversion results
Help create a high-level client experience through clear communication, professionalism, urgency, and care
Follow team standards, systems, and accountability expectations
Contribute to a positive, collaborative, growth-focused team culture
Stay focused on the goal: creating more conversations, more appointments, more opportunities, and more clients served
Compensation is commission-based and tied to appointments, closings, and team-generated opportunities.
This role is designed to provide the opportunity for more consistency through higher volume and strong team partnership. Income depends on activity, conversion, follow-up, appointments set, closings, and implementation of the systems.
Qualifications
Active real estate license
Real estate sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person with strong phone skills and a growth mindset
Comfortable making a high volume of outgoing calls daily
Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and consistent with follow-up, notes, tasks, and CRM usage
Comfortable with accountability, tracking, goals, and performance standards
Growth-minded, learning-based, and open to coaching
Willing to practice scripts, improve skills, and get better on purpose
Positive, professional, and solutions-focused
Motivated by conversations, conversion, consistency, and team wins
Able to handle rejection, stay steady, and keep moving without taking everything personally
High attention to detail when qualifying leads and handing off appointments to agents
Client-focused and committed to creating a strong first impression
Comfortable working in an office-based role with structure and daily expectations
Values honesty, ownership, kindness, hard work, and doing the right thing
Wants a sales career with more schedule consistency and less evening and weekend demand than traditional field production
Compensation
$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
