Inside Sales Agent Overview
The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) builds strong relationships and works with a sense of urgency. Focused and proactive, this role is all about converting leads into confirmed appointments through consistent, personalized follow-up.
The ISA owns lead management, creating and refining strategies to improve conversion rates. They track productivity and sales results, providing updates during performance reviews.
Because this role handles confidential information—including associate, client, and financial data—integrity and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships to convert inbound leads into scheduled appointments
- Consistently update and manage the sales database throughout the sales process
Responsibilities
- 📞 Nurture inbound sales inquiries to effectively convert leads into scheduled appointments
- 🎤 Utilize and adhere to scripts to clearly communicate the team’s value proposition and address objections
- 🔍 Assess leads to provide Real Estate agents with detailed insights on motivation, competition, and financial information
- 💾 Maintain and update the CRM/database to ensure seamless workflow and thorough lead management
- 🔄 Consistently follow up with prospective clients to foster engagement and interest
- 📊 Precisely monitor and report on productivity and sales metrics, presenting findings during weekly meetings
- 📈 Stay informed and adapt to the latest trends in the local real estate market
- ⚖️ Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing real estate brokerage services
Qualifications
- ✍️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 📞 Exceptional telephone skills—capable of setting and closing appointments over the phone and comfortable spending most of the workday on calls
- 🗣️ Ability to quickly learn and effectively use scripts and dialogues
- 📈 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- ⏰ Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- 💻 Proficient in database management and computer skills
- 🚀 Highly motivated with a demonstrated history of success
- 🏅 Valid Real Estate license required
- 👍 Previous experience as a real estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is a plus

Compensation
$35,000 - $65,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
