• Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Qualify and nurture potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
• Schedule appointments and coordinate showings for real estate agents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
• Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients and prospects

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
