We’re looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our top-producing real estate team at Elizabeth Olcott & Associates (EO&A).
As an ISA, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. You’ll play a key role in lead conversion—engaging with buyers and sellers, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our outside sales agents. With strong systems, expert coaching, and a steady stream of leads, this is the perfect opportunity to launch or elevate a high-impact career in real estate sales.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to nurture warm leads
- Qualify buyer and seller prospects and set appointments
- Follow proven scripts and conversion strategies
- Track activity, conversations, and results in our CRM
- Collaborate with agents and leadership to drive pipeline growth

Who You Are:
- Passionate about sales and skilled at building rapport over the phone
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable following scripts and working within structured systems
- Looking for a long-term growth path in real estate

Note: This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
