As the first point of contact for potential buyers and sellers, you will nurture relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our field agents. Primary Responsibilities
- Connect with and follow up on warm, nurtured leads
- Assess prospects and arrange meetings
- Apply proven scripts to build trust and guide conversations
- Maintain accurate and current records in our CRM
- Support the team to enhance the overall client experience

Important: This role is commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
