EO&A is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to become an integral part of our top-performing real estate team.
In this position, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, engaging with buyers and sellers to identify their needs and arrange appointments for our outside sales agents. With access to cutting-edge technology, expert guidance, and a steady stream of warm leads, you’ll have everything you need to launch or advance a successful career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to warm and nurtured leads
- Evaluate and qualify prospective buyers and sellers, then coordinate appointments
- Utilize proven sales scripts and strategies to effectively convert leads
- Maintain detailed records of all communications and results in the CRM system
- Work closely with agents and leadership to support business growth

Please note: This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $115,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
