We are seeking a rockstar who is enthusiastic about delivering a 5-star client experience to our prospective buyers and sellers and who is passionate about building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, follow up, and nurture prospective seller and buyer leads.
  • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
  • Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
  • Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
  • Manage database and productivity reports
  • Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
  • Become a real estate local expert 
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Build and manage the sales pipelines through the sales cycle using our CRM
  • Read books, attend webinars and any other growth initiatives given by the Dream Team
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 contacts/150 dials/1 appointment per day
  • Attending all team meetings
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the listing and buyer specialists
  • Provide a 5-star client experience

Qualifications

You are excellent at rapport-building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team-oriented goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Multitasking: Prioritizing when tasks come from multiple areas. Being able to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Self Accountable: Taking full ownership over your actions and results.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, high level of integrity
  • Sales experience tracking to a quota 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and internalize scripts 
  • Team player: Wants to be a part of something bigger than themselves and takes pride in achieving goals together
  • Technologically Savvy: All team members must be technologically savvy and willing to learn new programs. Proficiency in the following platforms are preferred: Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.), Brivity or prior experience in a CRM, Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, linked in, etc.)

Compensation

$50,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
