• Bridge the Gap: When you identify a genuine need, you’ll schedule a seamless hand-off with our agents who provide the high-level care our clients deserve.
• Master the "No": You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone. You’ll hear "no" or "not now" frequently. We need someone who views rejection as just part of the process and doesn’t let it crush their spirit.
• Collaborate: You are the backbone of the team. Your success allows our agents to focus on service, and their success is a direct result of your diligence.
