In this role, you will work closely with buyers, support our lead agents by presenting properties, nurture client relationships, and help guide buyers toward their dream home—all while avoiding the pressures of lead generation, marketing, or transaction management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound lead calls daily using PLACE scripts and systems
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for our agents
  • Track all activities, conversations, and conversions in PLACE Technology
  • Attend daily script training and sales coaching
  • Maintain productivity standards and conversion goals
  • Collaborate with agents and leadership to ensure a great client experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & phone skills
  • Prior sales or call center experience a plus
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy
  • Ability to internalize scripts and handle objections
  • A real estate license is a plus—but not required to start
  • Must be local to or able to commute to our Columbia, MD office

Compensation

$26,500 - $50,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
