Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries and outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports. Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Cal
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team-oriented goals.

Compensation
$36,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
