About Us
Live Free Realty is a boutique real estate team powered by PLACE, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Metro Atlanta. We are deeply passionate about helping people create financial freedom through real estate and we believe great businesses are built through great relationships.
Our agents typically close 2 to 3 homes per month and stay with us because they believe in growth, coaching, and doing business the right way. We focus on consistency, skill building, and delivering an exceptional client experience every time.

Who You Are
You are a team player
You are licensed or actively working toward your license
You have 1 plus years of experience OR at least 4 transactions in the last year
You are coachable and growth minded

Compensation
100,000 to 250,000 per year based on performance

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Execute a lead generation lever weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, Hangout and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
As a Live Free agent, you will:
Execute at least one lead generation activity each week
Host two open houses per month
Convert leads into appointments and signed clients
Participate in script practice
Attend team meetings, partner calls, and one on one coaching
Consult with sellers on pricing, staging, and marketing
Consult with buyers and guide them through the purchase process
Negotiate contracts confidently on behalf of your clients
Deliver a high level client experience from start to finish
You will never be doing this alone. You will have structure, coaching, and support behind you at every stage.
Compensation
$90,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
